Juergen Link

Juergen started working as a fitter on the shop floor in Germany and over a 40-year period working in maintenance, engineering, and project management step up to positions including Managing Director and global GM for Engineering and Maintenance at various multinational companies including Procter&Gamble, ABB, and Fonterra. This growth was supported by studies at MIT and Harvard Business School and bolstered by working for a major US investment firm during the „golden years“ of privatization in East Europe.

His background allows him to add value to the Maintenance/ Engineering Manager in the execution of the engineering strategy as well as supporting the leadership team in developing that strategy which is one cornerstone in delivering the wider business objectives.

Juergen’s other passion lies in human interactions. His formal training as a Human Structural Dynamic Consultant enables him to guide leadership teams and individuals to build the relational capability for thinking together in a reflective and generative dialogue. Juergen’s practical experience combined with his strategic thinking capability allows him to seamlessly engage with everyone in the organisation from the CEO down to the shop floor.
