During Nick’s 25+ years’ of business improvement consulting for large New Zealand and global clients, he has improved performance for Fonterra, Unilever, Ballance Agri-Nutrients, Cedenco Foods, Heinz Watties, Betacraft, Incitec Pivot, Dyna Nobel, Tranz Rail and MSD. Some projects span over several years, which has given him a unique experience and insight in what it takes to deliver, grow and maintain a successful improvement program in a complex and multifaceted organization through contrasting business cycles.
His comprehensive knowledge and experience in TPM and Lean practices have gained him certification as a consultant for the TRACC methodology as well as Six Sigma master black belt accreditation.
