Productivity People was founded in April 2019 to provide a stunning opportunity for like-minded people to step-change the productivity performance of our clients. We achieve and sustain industry-leading performance through instilling a culture of Continuous Improvement. Our team has years of experience in productivity improvement, but before we founded our company, we often felt constrained by the traditional consulting model of the sage or the hero on the white horse dispensing wisdom, or worse, insult. The knowledge and the method were in consultants’ heads. Not standardised. Not institutionalised. Learned by experience. Transferred by osmosis. Exactly the type of processes we were trying to fix at our clients…. Enter Covid-19.
Lock-down was the time that all changed, and we now offer a radical new approach to productivity improvement. Our team at Productivity People have used the time during lockdown to document the 100+ years of our combined experience to analyse what is needed to be a highly productive and profitable organisation in New Zealand. We have turned this into an easy to follow product and process that is customised to your business, can be replicated many times and across several locations and is largely self-guided.
Implementation of the Productivity Growth Programme will enable organisations to reduce operational cost significantly, which will have a major impact on their bottom line. Our new standardised approach results in greater transparency and direction, providing business owners insight in which improvements will generate a return on investment, rather than relying on expert advice in this matter. The new delivery method reflects a post Covid-19 consulting model where How-To Guides, templates and remote sessions are supported by site visits, making the overall programme highly cost effective.
